In Alberta, drivers are rewarded for their good driving record and experience. Many companies refer to the way they classify a driver by awarding them stars based on their experience. The highest of these is referred to as a 6 star driving record.

Are you currently rated as a six star driver? If so, you are eligible to protect your six star preferred rating in the event of an at-fault loss for an additional annual premium of $25 or $35 per vehicle depending upon driving class. With the Six Star Protector, even if you are deemed to be at fault in a future accident, your driving record and claims-free rating will remain unchanged. As far as your insurance is concerned, it's like the accident never happened - your premiums will not increase!* Without this protection, if you are a six star driver and have an at-fault loss, your driving record may change to a five star rating and your premium may increase 10-15% per year for five years. Car Rental Endorsement

In the event of an accident, you may need a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. With My Affinity, you have the option of purchasing basic rental car coverage up to a maximum of $900 per occurrence. Our enhanced coverage provides a rental vehicle to a maximum of $2,500 per occurrence, allowing you greater flexibility to rent the style of car you enjoy.

If your vehicle is less than six years old, you may qualify to have a state-of-the-art ignition disabler installed for only $24.99 (regular retail value $79.95). Once installed, you may receive a discount of 3-5% off the comprehensive / all-perils coverage on your automobile policy.
